  2. Dust Removal: Rugs can collect large amounts of dry soil and debris within their fibers over time. We use specialized dust removal equipment and techniques to help loosen and remove embedded particles from the rug.
  3. Submersion Bath: Your rug is washed using rug cleaning products and cool water specifically selected for the rug’s material and condition. We avoid excessive heat during the cleaning process.
  4. Drying: Rugs are laid flat to dry in a controlled environment. Air movers and dehumidifiers are used to help manage airflow and drying conditions.
  5. Grooming: After cleaning, we inspect the rug, groom the fibers and fringe, and prepare it for pickup or delivery.
